Andrew C. Ferreira, SC is a member of the Barbados Bar Association, and the Trinidad and Tobago Bar Association; and holds membership in several international organisations, including the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the International Law Association and British Institute of International and Comparative Law, and participates at the Joint Colloquium on International Arbitration sponsored under the auspices of the ICC, the AAA and ICSID.
His primary area of legal practice includes the legal aspects of economic development, and he has been involved in several international financing projects, providing advice on structuring, regulatory issues, in international financial transactions and has an extensive knowledge of the commercial, financing, tax and regulatory legal framework in Barbados.
